I just want to say what a great job Ace did!! First of all they do answer the phone, no leaving a message and waiting for someone to get back to you. That just isn't done in the business world today, I really appreciated that. The guys were professional, and courteous and answered all my questions. I'm planning on having them come back and do the rest of my floors. Thanks Ace.

Had my floors done about five years ago and they look so good today that when I wanted my stair case done I made sure I went back to Ace . If you have work done Troy will recommend moisture cure for a finish. Go with his recommendation It dries quickley and the smell goes away quickly but the result lasts for years.

We had our hardwood floors installed today by Ace Wood Flooring & Granite. The floors are beautiful! The installation team was totally professional, their workmanship superior AND they left our home spotless. We are planning to have more work done by Ace in the Spring. We definitely recommend Ace Wood Flooring for quality from start to finish!!

We used ACE Wood Flooring in 2005 when we bought our home. We had over 1200 sq ft. of hardwood floors redone. They were professional, reasonably priced, and the results were excellent. They answered the phone, arrived when they said they would be there and completed the job on time.
5 years later the floors still look great.

.....Ace Flooring was responsive via telephone. They have the slogan "we answer the phone." That's really excellent. Promptly gave a good price quote. Extremely confident of their work. Explained the whole process. They started sanding the floors at 8:30 on Thursday and were done and gone on Friday. Floors were dry as of 5 p.m. on Friday and I moved all furniture back on Saturday. Very professional and personable. Not a bunch of hacks. Highly competent and well-trained craftspeople who seem to love wood floors.
Good service professionals are competent, honest, likable, and hard working. These words describe Ace Flooring....

From the estimate through completion, we could not have been more pleased with Ace and their installers. Faced with a difficult challenge around our fireplace, they came up with a great solution that looks perfect. They were true to their word that the job would be completed in one day and left nothing behind. We highly recommend Ace Wood Flooring and love our new floor.

The floors in my home are the originals from 1921. They were so worn out, they could only be vacuumed as splinters were quite large and plentiful. Ace Wood Flooring did such a spectacular refinishing job with them, that people think they are new wood floors which were installed! The finish they used is so shiny, that people are afraid to walk on them, thinking they are still wet! I stand and look at them every day in disbelief. The floors really made a remarkable difference in my home. I highly recommend Ace Wood Flooring! The crew were exceptional and the owner, Troy Hewes, really knows what he's talking about. He's the only certified wood expert in New England! ! !
